CCYL 2026 Spring Auction

CCYL Silent Auction & Live Auction/Bingo Details

You can bid on SILENT AUCTION items on this site starting at 8am on Sunday, April 19th to support the mission of Young Life Carroll County! The Silent Auction bidding will close the evening of Friday, April 24th, at 7:15pm. Once bidding opens on the 19th you can set Max bids and allow the software to bid for you, similar to E-Bay style bidding, and check back throughout the week to bid after you receive a message that you've been outbid!

Then be sure to join us in-person for BINGO, DINNER and the GRAND FINALE LIVE AUCTION EVENT starting at 5:30pm on Friday, April 24th at Crossroads Church's Westminster campus (895 Leidy Road). Doors will open at 5:30pm to register and preview all Auction items and FREE* Bingo with prizes will take place from 6pm-7pm. FREE pizza dinner with desserts will also be served! The Live Auction will then run from 7:15pm until 9pm, when you will be able to bid on 15 fantastic Live Auction items and hear more about the mission of Young Life in Carroll County. We'll also hand out lots of door prizes and have some YL fun!

Childcare will be available as well and you can leave with all your items that night. Don't miss this incredible GRAND FINALE EVENT!

*First Bingo card will be FREE but additional cards can be purchased for $5 and used all night.

4) View our growing Catalog of Silent and Live Auction items as they are donated

5) Place a bid for a Silent Auction item, starting on Sunday 4/19 @ 8am

SPECIAL EARLY SIGN-UP DEALS!

1) The bidder for the Starting Bid on each silent auction item will be entered into a drawing for $100 Target gift card that will be drawn during the Live Auction (in-person @ Crossroads Church Westminster @ 6pm on Friday 4/24)!

2) When you sign-up, you'll have the option to "support" a CCYL student... For every registered supporter, students receive an entry in a drawing for $250 off their summer 2026 camp trip! You can also support a camper by showing up on Friday 4/24 to the Grand Finale Event- and your chosen student will receive $25 off camp for each adult attendee that night!

3) Each day of the Silent Auction, we will place some free "Easter Egg" door prize items mixed in with the other items available and the first person to claim this item will win it- so check back daily starting 4/19!
